Question: Where is The Shops At Houston Center located?
Answer: The Shops at Houston Center is located Downtown in the Houston Center complex. We are a few blocks from MinuteMaid Park, Houston Toyota Center, and the George R. Brown Convention Center, just across the street from the Four Seasons Hotel.

Question: Is there parking at The Shops at Houston Center?
Answer: There is garage parking at Houston Center with entrances located on Austin between Lamar and McKinney and on Caroline between McKinney and Lamar.

Question: Where is the information desk?
Answer: The information desk is located in the food court on the 3rd level of the mall. The desk is manned by the Houston Center Corporate Concierge who provides maps, brochures and details on Houston, Downtown and various services to visitors. The Corporate Concierge also offers discount movie tickets, special discounts on local attractions and coupons for other events.

Question: What are the mall hours for The Shops at Houston Center?
Answer: The Shops at Houston Center is open Monday through Friday from 10am - 6pm and Saturdays from 10am - 3pm.

Question: What are the dining options at The Shops at Houston Center?
Answer: The Shops at Houston Center offers a food court with seating for 600 and 20 walk-up dining selections such as Chick-fil-A, Subway, Planet Smoothie and Murphy's Deli, as well as 5 sit-down dining choices, including Massa's Seafood Grill, Ninfa's, and Longhorn Uptown Café.

Question: Are there options for breakfast at The Shops at Houston Center?
Answer: The Shops At Houston Center has several restaurants that open for breakfast like Chick-fil-A, Otto's Barbeque & Hamburgers, Murphy's Deli, Ninfa's Express, Planet Smoothie, Starbucks, and Quizno's.

Answer: Yes, Key Wellness Center offers a variety of massage services such as Swedish, sports, clinical, deep tissue, hot stone, and chair massages. The center also offers services in Natural Health and Nutrition, Skin care, and Chiropractic care.

Answer: The Park Drug Store and Paradise Gifts both have a full range of sundry selections from over the counter pain medications to snack foods.

Answer: The Shops at Houston Center has several choices for quick gifts. Starship Hallmark has a wonderful selection of cards and gifts with free gift wrap. Answer: Toys & More on the 4th level offers a full line of toys and games for children of every age.

Question: I need a gift for my wife... possibly jewelry; can The Shops at Houston Center help?
Answer: Hogan's Jewelers, located on the 3rd level, carries fine jewelry and watches along with international and custom jewelry. Worth The Weight, also on the 3rd level of the mall, features an exciting line of silver jewelry, watches and other silver gifts.

Question: Are there banking establishments at The Shops at Houston Center?
Answer: The Shops at Houston Center is home to Bank One and ChevronTexaco Credit Union. Two ATM's are located in the mall, one on the 3rd level near the food court and the other on the 4th level near ChevronTexaco Credit Union.

Question: I was just invited to a concert tonight at The Woodlands and need something casual and cool to wear... are there any clothing stores at The Shops at Houston Center?
