Concierge requests can be accommodated by contacting Michael Hearne at 713.655.5581 or by visiting the new Information Desk from 8am - 6pm, Monday through Friday and from 10am - 3pm on Saturdays. The Information Desk is located in The Shops At Houston Center area on the 3rd level at the base of the escalator in the food court.
